The 2019 numbers here are annualised based on the January to end of November 2019 statistical numbers as published by China's National Statistics Bureau.

China will turn out a record of nearly one billion tons of crude steel, while China's 2019 export of steel will drop again as a result of antidumping in destination countries, this time 6% to 65 mio tons and China steel import will drop 10% to 11.8 mio tons.
